  • 1 cup Supertum Banana Oats mix
  • 1/2 cup flour – for a soft, crumbly texture

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil – melted
  • 2 tbsp jaggery syrup
  • 2 tbsp mashed ripe banana – for binding
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2–3 tsp milk of your choice – only if needed to bring dough together

  1. Preheat oven to 170Β°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together Supertum Oats, flour, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix coconut oil, mashed banana, vanilla extract, and jaggery syrup until well combined.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Mix until a soft dough forms. Add milk only if needed.
  5. Using a spoon or your hands, shape into 10–12 small balls. Flatten gently and place on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes, until edges are lightly golden. They will firm up as they cool.
  7. Let cookies cool on the tray for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
