- 1 cup Supertum Banana Oats mix
- 1/2 cup flour β for a soft, crumbly texture
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon β optional but great with banana
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp coconut oil β melted
- 2 tbsp jaggery syrup
- 2 tbsp mashed ripe banana β for binding
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2β3 tsp milk of your choice β only if needed to bring dough together

- Preheat oven to 170Β°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together Supertum Oats, flour, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix coconut oil, mashed banana, vanilla extract, and jaggery syrup until well combined.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients. Mix until a soft dough forms. Add milk only if needed.
- Using a spoon or your hands, shape into 10β12 small balls. Flatten gently and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes, until edges are lightly golden. They will firm up as they cool.
- Let cookies cool on the tray for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.

- For crunch, sprinkle extra pumpkin or chia seeds on top before baking.
