🛒 Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups Supertum Berry Oats mix
- ¼ cup nut butter (almond or peanut, unsweetened)
- ¼ cup jaggery syrup (or maple syrup for variation)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil – melted
- ½ tsp vanilla extract – optional
- 1–2 tsp plant milk – only if mixture feels too dry
👩🍳 Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together nut butter, jaggery syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add the Supertum Berry Oats and stir until fully combined. Add a splash of milk if the mixture feels dry.
- Line a small square pan with parchment paper. Press the mixture in firmly using the back of a spoon or your hands.
