Berries Protein Oats Bars

 

    These no-bake bars are made with Supertum Berry Oats — a delicious mix of whole grains, plant protein, seeds, dried fruits, and berry flavor. Sweetened naturally with jaggery and held together with nut butter, they’re the perfect fuel for your day.  

 

🛒 Ingredients

 
       
  • 1 ½ cups Supertum Berry Oats mix
  •    
  • ¼ cup nut butter (almond or peanut, unsweetened)
  •    
  • ¼ cup jaggery syrup (or maple syrup for variation)
  •    
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil – melted
  •    
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract – optional
  •    
  • 1–2 tsp plant milk – only if mixture feels too dry
  •  
 

👩🍳 Instructions

 
       
  1. In a bowl, mix together nut butter, jaggery syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2.    
  3. Add the Supertum Berry Oats and stir until fully combined. Add a splash of milk if the mixture feels dry.
  4.    
  5. Line a small square pan with parchment paper. Press the mixture in firmly using the back of a spoon or your hands.
  6.    
  7. Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours, or until firm enough to cut.
  8.    
  9. Slice into bars and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

💡 Tips

 
       
  • Optional: Top with crushed dried berries or extra seeds before chilling for a fun texture.
  •    
  • For firmer bars, you can freeze them for 15 minutes before slicing.
