Tiramisu Overnight Oats

Bring your favorite dessert to breakfast with these healthy, gut-friendly Tiramisu Overnight Oats—easy to prep, full of flavor, and packed with protein!

✨ Ingredients

Oat Base:

  • 1 cup Supertums Overnight Cacao Oats
  • 2–3 tbsp maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • ¾ cup milk of choice (almond, oat, soy, etc.)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt (optional)

Yogurt Layer:

  • 1 cup dairy-free yogurt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Dark chocolate powder or grated dark chocolate

👩🍳 Instructions

  1. In a bowl or jar, mix the oats, milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight to let the oats soak and flavors develop.
  3. In the morning, mix the yogurt with maple syrup.
  4. Layer the soaked oats and sweetened yogurt in a jar or glass, ending with a yogurt layer.
  5. Top with grated chocolate for a true tiramisu feel.
